论数字经济发展的绿色效应On the Green Effect of Digital Economy Development

摘要(Abstract)：
“绿色”与“数字”不仅相互联系，而且相互依存，未来绿色转型的轨道将是数字化的。文章首先提出数字经济具有绿色基因，这是数字与绿色协同发展的根本前提。其次，从实体经济和金融系统两个维度出发论述数字经济发展的绿色效应。在实体经济维度方面，数字经济可以通过产业升级和绿色技术创新两个方面助力经济社会绿色发展；在金融体系层面，金融科技在影响绿色消费文化、降低信息不对称和提高绿色金融市场的透明度方面起到重要作用。最后，立足于如何通过发展数字经济实现绿色发展提出了政策建议。
